The site was originally used as a tennis court, and the previously shared research facilities, which were combined with other building functions, were separated to establish this newly constructed dedicated research institute within the factory complex. The institute is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities capable of conducting both fundamental and applied research, including chemical analysis laboratories and biological laboratories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The massing, clearly visible from the Seoul Milk Intersection, was designed in a white color reminiscent of milk. Upon entry, visitors feel as if they are entering inside milk, and once inside the lobby, they face a promotional hall and a reception room shaped like milk drops. The south-facing office spaces overlook the entire factory complex.
