The first floor is planned as a low-temperature warehouse, while the third and fourth floors are designed as ambient temperature warehouses using freight elevators and vertical conveyors. Notably, the fourth floor was also planned with the potential future conversion to a dough factory in mind, incorporating three cores for independent circulation. To add one floor, the core area uses reinforced concrete structure, while the entire warehouse building uses precast concrete structure.
