Once underutilized as a park due to its steep topography, the site has been reimagined as a community-oriented space. Under three themes \u2014 a village in harmony with nature beyond the mountain, neighbors living together beyond the fence, and a compassionate community beyond the alley \u2014 the project proposes \u201cBisannomeo,\u201d a village community that embraces diversity and coexistence with nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reflecting the characteristics of its connection with the existing urban fabric, the plan introduces three community hubs: the \u201cGrowing Hub,\u201d the \u201cHealing Hub,\u201d and the \u201cCreative Hub.\u201d These hubs are anchored by the \u201cCommunity Core,\u201d a central management facility planned on the former site of the Anyang Etiquette Center, forming the foundation for a tangible community environment. The plan also preserves the ecological environment of Maegok Neighborhood Park, sustaining the natural landscape of Mt.
