The Asan-Tangjeong 2 New Town master plan envisions a creative, future-oriented, and self-sustaining city that aims to build a dynamic urban environment integrating residential, industrial, and cultural functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Asan-Tangjeong 2 master plan is organized around three residential zones and four specialized districts, all interconnected through a \u201cpublic link\u201d network. Each residential zone features a community base platform that integrates education, culture, parks, and public facilities. The specialized districts \u2014 featuring MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions), commercial complex, lifestyle complex, and cultural complex \u2014 are designed to form a self-sufficient city supported by abundant living infrastructure. Based on the richness of the surrounding natural environment, the plan establishes parks and greens around a green axis connecting to nearby landscapes and around the Maegok Stream running through the site.
