The unit captures the diverse character and functions of urban living through architecture, from district redevelopment and apartment reconstruction to rental dormitories and private-sales housing. Based on Junglim Architecture\u2019s organizational design, Kim is dedicated to creating differentiated residential designs and fostering healthy built environments through urban regeneration.<br><br>Kim majored in architectural design at Kookmin University\u2019s Graduate School of Techno Design and joined Junglim Architecture in 2005, where he led a wide variety of residential projects for over 20 years as a design partner (DP) and a group partner (GP).
