Two extra floors were added to the lower section to increase office space, and mediating spaces such as a two-story open\u00a0lobby,\u00a0corridors, courtyards, and landscaped outdoor areas were designed for easy internal and external access. The front entrance was opened to enhance openness and accessibility, and a large underground parking lot was added to the spacious rear yard.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The old precast concrete (PC) tiles of the envelope were all replaced with curtain walls using a &#8220;Slab-to-Slab&#8221; technique to minimize glass panel joints to\u00a0maintain\u00a0transparency, and details were handled to create a glowing night effect with light emanating from inside the building.
