Paraspara Seoul is a resort condominium located in Bukhansan National Park. It was a resort building originally halted in construction in 2012 with only the framework left, which was redesigned starting in 2018 and subsequently opened. The landscape plan harmonizes with the beautiful natural scenery of Bukhansan, fulfilling commercial viability through a membership-based resort condominium sale, while ensuring public accessibility by providing a mountain museum and public open space through contributed acceptance. This positioning establishes it as a regional landmark in Uidong. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The resort consists of accommodation buildings with a total of 334 rooms and ancillary facilities. The rooms, designed to enjoy the Bukhansan views from anywhere, come in types featuring saunas, studies, and tatami areas, with varied sizes offering comfort and convenience.
