Through this, it sought to realize sharing and collaboration and build a global startup and innovation ecosystem where all participants grow together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/junglim.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/08\/\uacbd\uae30\ub3c4\uac74\ucd95\ubb38\ud654\uc0c1-\uac74\ucd95\ubb3c-\uc8fc\uc694-\uc124\uba85\uc11c_\ud398\uc774\uc9c0_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12954\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most distinctive feature of NEXT M is that diverse users coexist within a single building based on their tenancy conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users are broadly divided into three groups: HL Clemove\u2014a company spun off from Mando Corporation and newly launched as a specialized autonomous driving firm\u2014and related companies associated with its business, which occupy the space on a lease basis; and, finally, numerous startups visiting from outside to receive business support from the aforementioned companies.
