{"id":13006,"date":"2024-06-03T09:50:00","date_gmt":"2024-06-03T00:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/junglim.com\/?p=12178"},"modified":"2026-08-06T14:05:18","modified_gmt":"2026-08-06T05:05:18","slug":"woomi-lynn-the-signature-sin-jinju","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/junglim.com\/en\/woomi-lynn-the-signature-sin-jinju\/","title":{"rendered":"Sin Jinju Station Area Woomi Lynn The Signature"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group pjtText\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Woomi Lynn The Signature in the Sin Jinju Station Area is located within the Sin Jinju Station Area Urban Development District, which is planned as a residential and mixed-use complex centered around Jinju Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the site for this project is adjacent to the Nambu Expressway, the primary challenge was to ensure the project\u2019s viability while fully complying with all district-level planning guidelines regarding noise mitigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By applying the 15-story height restriction zone for noise mitigation, the 24-meter building setback line, and the requirement for a perpendicular layout, the design maximized project viability by accommodating 828 units across at least 14 buildings.
