With a total floor area of approximately 40,000 square meters, it supports an IT load of up to 30 MW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure safety\u2014including protection against flood damage\u2014all key facilities are located on the ground floor. The building was designed to blend harmoniously with the urban environment, featuring a public open space at the front and a landscaped rooftop on the top floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The facade incorporates STT GDC\u2019s distinctive \u201cfamily look\u201d design, consistently embodying the company\u2019s brand identity as a global enterprise.
