Geumto Stream, which flows along the southern boundary of the site, and the open space designated between the two plots are key elements of the architectural design. By maximizing the distance between the two towers, the designated open space embraces the beautiful natural environment surrounding the site. Combined with a low-rise design that steps back as it rises, this creates an open innovation space where innovative companies and aspiring entrepreneurs can meet and interact.
