Among these areas, Shingil District 10 boasts a prime location with excellent views of the Han River and convenient transportation, including the upcoming opening of the Sinansan Line, and is situated at the entrance to Shingil New Town. Designed to embody the identity of Singil New Town\u2014which connects people, culture, and nature\u2014this project aims to serve as the new gateway to the neighborhood. The New Gate functions as a vast public space connected to the street-level retail area on the lower floors, bridging the complex with the local community.
