To differentiate the development, we sought to create a new destination centered around a lagoon (artificial beach)\u2014a first-of-its-kind feature in Korea\u2014along with a spa, condos, and cultural facilities. Recent trends reflect a growing preference for value-driven consumption focused on self-care, as well as a demand for diverse cultural experiences and relaxed, upscale spaces. We developed a master plan designed to fully accommodate these elements. The key focuses are: first, a lifestyle resort where daily life and leisure are integrated; second, a cultural resort where diverse cultures are created and enjoyed; third, a reasonable luxury resort offering distinctive spaces; and finally, an eco-resort that interacts and communicates with nature. This hybrid resort creates new value not found in existing resorts.
