Therefore, it was most important to approach the project from a rational perspective that took the client\u2019s needs into account. We believed it was necessary for the two buildings\u2014a factory and a research facility\u2014to coexist through their spatial relationship (site plan), thereby enhancing the value of the site. Naturally, the inherent differences between the two buildings raised concerns regarding construction costs.
