The primary focus of this project is to create a culturally rich residential environment and a mixed-use cultural space that integrates organically with the urban fabric. A plaza has been placed along the northern lakeshore, with commercial facilities arranged behind it to revitalize the area as a commercial district. The main building has been designed so that many of the residential units can enjoy lake views.
