A large forest was created within the complex to connect the neighborhood park with the stream, and walking paths leading to the neighborhood park were designed to establish a green network. To ensure a pleasant living environment, all residential units were oriented toward the south, and open views were planned to align with the visual axes. To ensure safe pedestrian access, all roads were designed with separate lanes for pedestrians and vehicles.
