The area is set to benefit from a convenient transportation network, including the development of the KTX Ulsan Station area and the double-track electrification of the Donghae Nambu Line (Busan\u2013Ulsan). The site is adjacent to schools, streams, and parks in the Songjeong District of Ulsan, so the focus of the plan was on creating a complex that connects nature and the city.
