The site is located on a vast plain in Naypyidaw, Myanmar\u2019s administrative capital. The site features an elevation difference of more than 8 meters between its highest and lowest points, with only a very small portion at or above street level. Given the limited construction budget, the programs were densely arranged, but buffer zones were incorporated between them to ensure spatial independence.
