While seeking a gradual transformation from a golf course into a mixed-use cultural and arts space, the project also aims to maximize synergy by proposing a business hotel and serviced apartments through integration with the newly constructed adjacent Lotte Mall. The serviced apartments offer the premium amenities of a private resort, while the hotel enhances accessibility to Lotte Mall.
