Thanks to its excellent views and convenient transportation, many offices have been established here, and they are being renovated to reflect their unique identities. The Yeouido Headquarters of the Korea Teachers\u2019 Credit Union is a building being constructed to last for the next 100 years. The client sought a building that would maximize the symbolic significance and asset value of the Korea Teachers\u2019 Credit Union. Accordingly, the design direction focused on creating a healthy, vibrant office environment through an elegant and honest facade that embodies the company\u2019s image of integrity and straightforwardness, combined with an eco-friendly shell.<br>In terms of the building\u2019s asset value, the design pursued a prime office space that vertically separates the zones for leased and in-house offices. This approach incorporates not only rational modules and an efficient core layout but also operational services designed to create the optimal office environment.
