As the premier waterfront facility directly connected to the Han River, it invites visitors to experience the river\u2019s flow and natural beauty. Serving as a hub for Northeast Asian tourism, this passenger terminal\u2014located right in the heart of Seoul\u2014will become a new landmark along the Han River with its unique architectural design symbolizing the city. The clubhouse and floating hotel, which meet the river directly, will maximize their value as high-end tourism and cultural facilities that go beyond a simple terminal.
