The clubhouse, the facility\u2019s centerpiece, is designed in the shape of a yacht to create a distinctive image along the Han River, while the mooring facilities are engineered to adapt seamlessly to fluctuations in the river\u2019s water level. The outdoor space is connected to the Han River Citizens\u2019 Park and has been developed as Marina Park, open to the citizens of Seoul.
