As a central hub for tourism, leisure, and events, City Tower must be expressed through creative ideas that transcend mere aesthetic value. Its symbolism and public nature, which can create a sense of unity with the modern urban environment, should not be mere objects for display, but rather a synthesis of the diverse values and needs of the city and its residents. This implies that an understanding of the city\u2019s identity and the nature of the site\u2014based on a consideration of the functions architecture must provide\u2014should lead to the realization of an inclusive symbolism.
