After majoring in architecture at university, Kim Seonjin majored in economics while working in the Planning and Budget Office of a central government ministry and earned a master’s degree in public administration from a graduate school of public administration. During the first supervisory engineer training in the early days of the supervision industry, he received an excellence award from the then-Minister of Construction Kim Wooseok. After leaving public office due to agency mergers, he diligently served as a chief supervisory engineer for 20 years, mainly overseeing educational and research facilities, public buildings, sports facilities, and apartments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Based on his accumulated knowledge and experience, he joined Junglim Architecture in February 2015 to be a partner and foundation for the “100-Year Junglim.” He served as chief supervising engineer (supervisory team leader) for major projects such as Wolgye District 4 Housing Redevelopment Project, Gwangju-Sansu District 1 Housing Redevelopment Project, and the new construction of The Mark One Industrial Knowledge Center in Incheon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
