JUNGLIM
JUNGLIM CM
Junglim CM, founded as a spin-off from Junglim Architecture in 2023, builds on over 60 years of experience and technical prowess in architectural design and construction management (CM). With a diverse team of approximately 500 professionals — including registered architects, engineers, master technicians, and LEED-certified experts — Junglim CM offers top-tier services across a wide range of project types such as high-tech, supertall, healthcare, office, and residential buildings.
Junglim CM leads systematic technology development and promotes industry collaboration, pioneering the standardization of CM through practical, site-focused manuals and solutions. The CM work manual co-published with the Construction Management Association of Korea is a substantive technical resource that enhances understanding and maximizes efficiency for all project technicians involved. Utilizing advanced CM and supervision technologies like IDMS (real-time integrated document management system) and BIM-3D automation, Junglim CM has delivered high-quality outcomes by precisely understanding client needs.
Rooted in an organizational culture of “communication” and “respect,” Junglim CM prioritizes individual professional growth and teamwork. The company is dedicated to realizing social value, leading the future of the construction industry, and practicing people-centered and sustainable construction management.

JUNGLIM ARCHITECTURE
Junglim Architecture was co-founded in 1967 by Kim Jungchul and Kim Jungsik. Both graduates of Seoul National University, Kim Jungchul gained practical experience at the Bank of Korea, and Kim Jungsik at Chungju Fertilizer. Rather than relying on individual creativity alone, they pursued high-quality architecture through organizational technical expertise. In 1973, Junglim Architecture expanded its scale and capabilities by designing the winning scheme for the Korea Exchange Bank and a series of chemical plant housing complexes in the 1970s.
Junglim Architecture was not only the first domestic architectural firm to adopt computer-aided design but also established in-house technical departments essential for architectural production, including mechanical, electrical, structural, and computer rooms, thereby laying the framework for organized design. It also pioneered management techniques to rationally and systematically oversee the design process. Junglim Architecture demonstrated its capability for large-scale projects by concurrently designing major national projects of various types, such as the winning entry in the 1995 international competition for the National Museum of Korea; Incheon International Airport; and the Trade Center Building. In the mid-2000s, the firm presented a sustainable organizational model for architectural firms by separating ownership and management alongside its generational transition.
Having led the Korean history of modern architecture for half a century, Junglim Architecture has built on the strength of its design knowhow accumulated over 50 years and reinforced it with newly established advanced design divisions and the spin-off of Junglim CM, thereby providing an even more advanced one-stop total service.
