In 1992, Korean companies unlatched the door of the Great Wall and advanced to the Chinese continent in full swing. Given 28 years of history have passed since the Korea-China treaty of amity to this year, he has worked for 26 years now in real estate development and design of the country.
Since the establishment of a local branch in Shenyang, Laoning Province, China in 2009, Junglim Architecture has carried out many projects for about a decade, including Lotte World Shenyang―a commercial complex whose total floor area measures 1.5 million sq. m. that is almost unprecedented in Korean design history―Nongshim, Amore, CJ, STX Group, and the like. The Shenyang Office of Junglim Architecture has already solidified its place as a successful model of Korean design company that made an inroad in China. Based on the founding philosophy of Junglim Architecture―the spirit of pioneering overseas markets―he is making steady progress towards the grand purpose of completing a century of history ahead with the best human resources and plenty of design experience in China.
